Timeline

• The Celo Connect Mobile Hackathon will commence on 4/1 at 6:00PM CEST
• All projects must be submitted by 4/3 at 12:00PM CEST
• The first Celo Connect conference is being held in Barcelona post-hackathon; from April 4-5th.

To celebrate bringing the Celo community together, we are inviting all mobile and web3 builders to join us in person at Attico Bogatell for the Celo Connect Mobile Hackathon.

Prizes will be awarded to the best mobile focused projects using stablecoins, aimed at solving climate change through blockchain, and that have potential to positively impact the lives of the people of Barcelona.

Additional info

• The following meals are included on the hackathon:
• Friday & Saturday: Dinner
• Saturday & Sunday: Breakfast and Lunch.
• Coworking can be available for the hackathon participants from Friday to Sunday at 3:00pm

Skills & pre-requisites:

• Familiar with building front-end js/react/typescript dev.
• Celo is EVM compatible, and any experience with solidity on Ethereum or related networks is a plus.

How it works

1. Check out the Prizes. Visit the Prize Explorer to check out the prizes posted by our hackathon sponsors. Click each prize to show important details, including the submission requirements, submission deadline, etc.
2. Join our Discord server and follow the #celo-connect channel for updates
3. Participate in Workshops & AMAs held at Attico Bogatell in Barcelona.
4. Start Work via Gitcoin. When your team is formed please have one of your teammates navigate to each prize page you plan to compete for and click the “Start Work” button.
5. BUIDL! Build your cool ideas and make your vision come true with your team!
6. Submit Work via Gitcoin. When your project is completed, submit your work by clicking the “Submit Work” button on the prize page
