**What's this about?**
This first research task aims to meet interested and interesting people which is willing to add great value to the DAO; If your submission is accepted you may be rewarded in two ways:
1. Arriving to a payment agreement for those chosen by the Committee.
2. Rewarding this specific task by 10 LFNX as signal to pay when running at MainNet.
**The Task**
To on-board new projects worldwide we need to have an automated or at least self-service path to lower costs and time. This task will cover only the 'As-Is' stage and once having it, will be requested the 'To-Be' process model.
Please model the current process of co-creating, DAOifying, launching, funding and managing a project in LiquidFenix.
Consider the following key steps:
From sign up (considering available challenges and types of sign up), to the crowdfund activation, to the launch of its sell phase, to the withdraw of resources for starting the RDI, to updating its shareholders, to delivering value to its shareholders, to connecting IP versions and delivering chain value, to finally closing the company.
**Deliverables:**
Provide a happy path to the above request and share those key documents that are part of the sign up/creation process of a project, as well describe which other key documents or transversal processes are required to have the complete process outlined.
