Zoom calls direct

1. We can schedule a zoom call on the Gitcoin Admin by inputting a name, desc, start date, end date, and reminder date. When zoom call is scheduled, a gitcoin.co/calls/TAGLINE link is created for admin to distribute.
2. Users can go to the link to opt into being invited to the call.
3. The call is a google calendar entry, and is updated as people RSVP
4. at the reminder date, a reminder email is sent to all participants.
5. When the call starts, users can go to the link, and click "join" to join on zoom.'
6. This system could be integrated into town square so that ppl not aware of the call could find it too.
