As an admin, I want better templates at gitcoin.co/cms. Integrate xyz templates and port over some our initial content live at gitcoin.co/cms to the new Wagtail templates. Ensure that images load properly within the new template.

Blog posts are readable ([example here](https://gitcoin.co/tutorial-leverage-gitcoins-firehose-of-talent-to-do-more-faster/)), but images are not loading well / information could still be shown more clearly.
### Expected Behavior

Integrate the appropriate template. Images should load on the main site (right now, seems to be an image handling issue).

- Wagtail templates are available to administrators to easily upload future content posts, without writing a line of code.
- One post from gitcoin.co/cms is successfully ported over to the new template xyz.
