### Challenge Description
Create an effective solution with tokenization mechanism for Sharing Economy: make a decentralized rental, exchange or booking platform using Waves blockchain.
Sharing ecomony is an efficient way to distribute a resource between a party of customers. It's proved by Airbnb business model that allows customers to rent a living place for a short time and caused a significant company growth during the last years. But the rent prices in the existing sharing economy solutions aren't on the lowest level because the lessor's revenue has to cover different risks and costs: customer's payment avoidance and downtime losses when the renter was not found, as an example. Blockchain based tokenization could help users avoid these risks and make the rent prices lower. blockchaincars.io is a good example of tokenized sharing economy: via this project users can rent cars spending special tokens.
In frames of this challenge you can create your own tokenized sharing economy model powered on Waves in any field you like: it could be the accommodation sharing, the computer sharing or even the yacht sharing! This project most likely will contain a couple of parts:
- leaser's profile settings and property rental initialisation form
- interface for exchanging tokens to the property access
- marketplace for reselling tokens
Don't forget to make the friendly UI and to calculate the economic model!
