Aave x Bancor Partnership challenge
aave
Ethereum, Bancor, Aave, DeFi
### Challenge Description
Bancor is one of the very first DeFi actors and we’re proud to partner up with them for this challenge.
We invite hackers to Build on both protocols to create synergies and #YieldHackings opportunities.
and win up to 750 aDAI + 2500 BNT on this Challenge.
Feel free to dive into our developer's [documentation](https://docs.aave.com) and build the product corresponding to your vision.
You're also invited to check the [Bancor Documentation](https://docs.bancor.network/) to help you BuiDL
For this challenge, you're invited to leverage on both the Aave and Bancor Protocols Features to create a new service for your users.
#### Features expected
Challenge applicants are free to provide their vision and ideas to fulfill this challenge.
We're happy to provide an idea for this Challenge :
**Seamless double-Yield AMM**
A service allowing users to swap pairs of tokens seamlessly leveraging on the Bancor Nerwork.
aTokens are **wrapped** versions of their underlying assets at a 1:1 ratio, under the hood the AMM (Automated Market Maker) can hold aTokens for each pair, allowing all liquidity providers to earn the interest on Aave AND the swap fees from the AMM market.
Each time a swap happens, the AMM contract will wrap into aTokens the received assets and unwrap into underlying assets the acquired assets providing a seamless experience to the end-users.
Great UX for the user, YieldStacking for the Liquidity Providers are the recipe for a successful product.
Hackers can find inspiration with the inner workings of [Curve](https://github.com/curvefi/curve-contract/tree/pool_busd)
Developers are invited to leverage on Aave features to create their product :
- Deposits tokenization with the aTokens — for the first time in DeFi, tokenized deposits are at a 1:1 ratio with their underlying assets
e.g 1 aDAI = 1 DAI = 1 USD.
aToken holders have an ever-increasing balance directly in their wallets.
- Native protocol redirection — any user can define a beneficiary Ethereum address and all their interest will be streamed to the recipient natively.
- Flash Loans — 50M$ liquidity are available and a few lines of code away, borrow as much as you want without any collateral, execute some actions and bring back the capital and the end of your transaction. Liquidations, arbitrage, collateral swaps, and more… the opportunities are limitless.
- Brand new reshape of the Stable rates mechanisms for borrowers.
