Gitcoin x Aave Hackathon Challenge : Many flavors of aTokens

### Challenge Description
Join the [DAI universe](https://github.com/jordanlyall/dai-universe) by building a token on top of aTokens.
_aDAI is used as the most common example but this challenge is not in any way limited to DAI and builders willing to add features on other tokens such as USDC, USDT or any ERC20 are welcome to participate in the challenge._
A new flavor of aToken is a token leveraging on the interest-bearing feature of aTokens from the Aave Decentralized lending protocol to provide new interesting features.
#### Common features expected:
xDAI is a DAI token inside the [POA network](https://poa.network/), an Ethereum sidechain enabling fast and near-zero cost transactions.
[pDAI](https://zeframlou.github.io/pool-dai/) allows any organization to create a DAI pool that users can join to donate their interest to the organization in a non-custodian way.

This challenge is open-ended, applicants can use this challenge to express their creativity in financial and token mechanism engineering, If you have a game-changing idea to leverage on the feature of interest-bearing tokens, this challenge is a great opportunity to kickstart your project!
You are invited to provide your own ideas and vision about building new flavors of DAI.

You can use the Kovan Testnet to interact with Aave protocol please refers to our [documentation](https://developers.aave.com/#what-is-aave).
#### Submission Requirements:
Must have an open-source license.
The submission should run on the Kovan testnet to match the [Aave public Testnet](url).
The new flavor of aToken created should provide meaningful features and capability to gain traction among dapp users or traders.

the [rDAI](https://rdai.money/) (_Redeemable dai_) projet also created during a hackathon, is a winning material submission good example.

Usefulness of the submission (25%)
Innovation provided by the submission (45%)
Level of technical implementation (30%)

Judging will be at the end of the Hackathon on 11th November 11:59 pm ET
### Winner Announcement Date
The submission will be reviewed between November 11 and November 18. Winners will be privately notified before a public announcement of all hackathon prices given by Aave. The announcement and prize payouts will occur before November 31, 2019.
