Show demand estimates for each size when creating ad slots

## Challenge description:
When creating ad slots, show demand estimates for each possible size, to make it easier for a publisher to choose a size
e.g., in the dropdown:
728x90 (2k DAI total demand)
250x250 (1k DAI total demand)
Furthermore:
show the most often used sizes on top; if there's an option in Material UI to separate sections in the dropdown, then separate by two sections (most used, everything else) where each section is internally sorted by the size itself (as it is now)
furthermore, it will help if we can warn the user that a certain size does not have any demand, by displaying a message in the slot creation dialog itself, after you choose such a size
after a size is chosen, we can also show average CPM/total volume as the explorer does: https://explorer.adex.network/
The data should be taken by https://market.adex.network, and aggregated using the same algorithm the Explorer uses (you can check in the adex-explorer repo)
### Submission requirements:
* When creating ad slots, choosing a size that there's no demand for will warn the user
* When creating ad slots, when selecting a size, the user should be able to know which sizes are popular and which are not
* The solution is presented in the form of a pull request to this repo, and adheres to React/Redux best practices
### Judging criteria:
* First to submit a working submission that meets our quality standards/criteria
* This task includes front-end work, without a specified UI design, so good UI/UX would also be a factor
