### Challenge Description
We built the Agoric Pixel Demo in the earliest version of our APIs as an example of a non-fungible token contract that has a game associated with it. It’s fun to play with and if completed it shows how rental property rights work - you can own a pixel and at the same time rent it out. ERTP can handle complex property rights.
Our new framework is radically improved since then, and all such applications should be built as external dapps. Reimplement that dapp as its own smart contract and associated application service using ZOE and ERTP.

### Submission Requirements
- Pixel demo contract deployed on Agoric chain
- Pixel demo app deployed on a shared web service application talking to the chain, and posting offers through the user’s wallet for approval
- The application should illustrate preemption of property rights, batch updates, and a user interface

May 11th, 23:59:59 UTC
### Judging Criteria
- The more functionality, the better, with an emphasis on actually using ERTP mechanics for rights transfer, derivative rights to pixels, etc.
- Reusing any of the existing code from the demo is allowed, and has no affect either way on the score.
