### Challenge Description
AirSwap is a decentralized token trading network built on Ethereum. It’s peer-to-peer, a simple but powerful design that scales without common pitfalls in decentralized trading. The new [AirSwap Protocols](https://github.com/airswap/airswap-protocols) introduce onchain peers, that is, smart contracts that are deployed with trading rules. They do not take deposits, but trade your balances on your behalf. These trading rules can effectively provide a simple tool to perform a token launch.
This bounty challenges you to do just that. Build a web application that lets a seller deploy an onchain peer and set a rule to sell up to a certain amount of tokens at a certain price. For buyers, there should be a way to browse and participate in launches.
There is a PeerFactory available, which our team will deploy beforehand that your submission may use rather than directly deploying contracts within the application. Otherwise, the tokens must be ERC-20, and both Peer and PeerFactory are only suitable for testnet use.

Creating tokens is one thing, launching and distributing them is another. This is a challenge that directly positively impacts the ability for the Ethereum ecosystem to grow as more tokens come online. We welcome you to be creative and look forward to your work!

### Submission Requirements
Must be functionally complete, with code on GitHub, with a testnet demo running at a public URL that can be shared with our team and the AirSwap community.

11:59pm Eastern Time on September 11th, 2019
### Judging Criteria
We’re looking for completion and quality. A good submission will do one thing well, rather than do many things not as well. We’re looking for creative ideas with good execution that showcase the possibilities of AirSwap.
### Brand Guidelines
We hope you build new applications that create value for the ecosystem. Submissions should not be branded with the AirSwap logo, colors, or other graphic elements, but should instead indicate that they are "Powered by AirSwap" or a part of the "AirSwap Network" with links to the official website if you'd like.
