Lesson: Commit/Reveal Scheme

## Goal
Create a Commit/Reveal Coding Tutorial. It would teach important concepts about how hashes can hide our submission while still committing to it even if it is done on a public blockchain. It can be written in either Solidity or Vyper.
## Example Theme
This lesson could be based around a game (e.g. Rock Paper Scissors) that allows one player to submit their move and cryptographically commit to it (by hashing it with some random value). After the second player submits their move, the first player can reveal their move along with the random value to ensure that there was no tampering with the move they committed to.
My advice is to keep it simple! If there's too much initial code it can be confusing to the user. Maybe something like a guessing game (submit a number, have another user guess, then reveal) would be more appropriate. Happy to chat about different ideas!
