As a user, I want an avatar history, so I can quickly toggle back and forth between different avatars.

Right now it's not easy to toggle back and forth between different avatars using the avatar builder.
Right now it's not easy to see 'suggested' avatar configurations.

No toggling back and forth to different avatars

A new field on the model 'Avatar' called 'recommended_by_staff'
A new tab on [avatar builder](https://gitcoin.co/onboard/profile/?steps=avatar) called 'My Avatars'.
On this tab (which can be loaded AJAXily), a user can see the previous avatars they've saved, and can with one click, set it as their current avatar.
If a user ever saves a new avatar, it will get added to their My avatars
A new tab on [avatar builder](https://gitcoin.co/onboard/profile/?steps=avatar) called 'Preset Avatars'.
This area will show all avatars marked 'recommended_by_staff'.
On this tab (which can be loaded AJAXily), a user can see the previous avatars they've saved, and can with one click, set it as their current avatar.
In order to accomplish all of the above, you may have to change an Avatar to be 1 to many with Profile (its currently 1:1), and you may have to add a bool field called `primary_avatar` to it.
