No Revenue report
### Expected Behavior

Please fork `dashboard/management/commands/activity_report` and create a `revenue_report` management command that accepts roughly the same functions. This revenue report should take `revenue.models.DigitalGoodPurchase` entries and put them into the CSV report.
Fields we will want in the report:
- type
- created_on
- amount
- token_name
- amount_eth
- amount_usdt
- purchaser_profile_id
- external_reference

Acceptance Criteria:
- See above spec
- revenue_report should be scheduled in the `crontab` to be mailed to kevin@gitcoin.co
- Code is DRY (dont repeat yourself)
