activity feed, but no ability to post an update:

on the gitcoin profile, above the activity feed, user should have the ability to post a status update. here is some inspiration:
when one submits this form, then it should post a new update to the activity feed from that user:
please note the following requirements:
- XSS should be disallowed / this form should be secure
- activity feed should show the new updates AJAX'ly
- the post function should be rate limited to once per 30 minutes.
- the post should render okay on desktop / tablet / mobile
- the post shoudl render on `/activity` as well as the user profile
