### User Story
As a hackathon host I want all participants and winners to automatically receive kudos.
### Why Is this Needed
The Gitcoin team currently uses airdrop links (generated in admin) to send two hackathon-specific kudos tokens per hackathon - one for participants (anyone who "submit[ted] work" on a hackathon prize), and one for hackathon winners (anyone who was paid out with Basic Payout or Advanced Payout for a hackathon prize). In addition, we also provide airdrop links for each sponsors' custom kudos token, which is then shared by the sponsor with anyone who completed their prize ("submit[ed] work to the sponsor's prize).
We want a way to automatically send all three of these Kudos tokens (hackathon-wide participant, hackathon-wide winner, and sponsor-specific participant kudos) automatically to all participants without additional fees associated with sending kudos manually.
As part of this we need an admin tool that will allow us to specify three separate kudos tokens from the Kudos marketplace to use for participants, winners, and prize participants.

### Data Requirements
Would be good to know how many tokens were sent for a given hackathon (should match the number of submit works and payouts.
