Define a bounty program for token sale

**Requirements**
Create a document that will later be posted on bitcointalk.org forum as a bounty program.
The document should define all the usual bounty-related aspects such as:
- General terms and conditions (rules)
- Definitions, rules, and rewards for individual bounties
- Disclaimer
- etc
This job is to review several existing bounties of other projects and create something similar.
Bounty types should be the following: Twitter, Youtube / DTube, Forum signatures, LinkedIn, Telegram users, Telegram admins, Articles / blogs.
**Rules**
Work containing unchanged copy-pasted content from other bounty programs will be rejected. Taking a single other bounty and rewriting it will also be rejected. Please research multiple bounty programs as mentioned below and then write your own from scratch based on your research.
**Deliverable**
