Charged Particles (Gatsby App) Hosted on IPFS

**Charged Particles** needs some help getting hosted on **IPFS**!
Paying **100 DAI** to the first successful integration of **Charged Particles** on **IPFS**.
An **extra 30 DAI bonus** if completed on or before March 1st, 2020.
The app is already very close to working on IPFS, there are just some path resolution issues that prevent it from fully working (links lose the IPFS hash when routing). Full testing on IPFS will be required.
Project uses GatsbyJS: https://www.gatsbyjs.org/
Project also uses IPFS Plugin for Gatsby: https://www.gatsbyjs.org/packages/gatsby-plugin-ipfs/
But this is not working correctly right now, so the app currently uses the Netlify Plugin, which will need to be commented out when using the IPFS plugin.
Incomplete integrations will not be accepted. All pages/links need to work, and all images load.
Also, this is a **Progressive Web App**, so the Webapp Manifest file must work with valid links (this has been a source of problems).
One possible work-around for this is to hard-code the production domain into the manifest (https://chargedparticles.eth.link) before uploading to IPFS. However, this domain currently does not point to the site, so testing may be tricky).

- Fork the repo and create a new branch with your name,

- Submit a Pull-Request of your branch for this issue.
